FAQs
You can send campaign updates, event invites, donation asks, GOTV reminders, and more—as long as your message complies with legal regulations and our content guidelines. We do not allow spam, misinformation, or any content that violates election laws or platform policies.
Pricing is based on the number of recipients and the character length of your message (including any links or opt-out language). We offer an add on Voter Data purchase, if you do not have your own to provide. You’ll see a full cost breakdown before you pay, and there are no hidden fees.
You can upload a CSV or Excel file. Mobile numbers are required, and First and Last name are beneficial to include. Make sure your list is clean, properly formatted (Columns for First Name, Last Name, Mobile number). Make sure there are no additional tabs in your file other than the tab containing the contacts . Invalid/Landline numbers will not be delivered.
If you want to send a message but you don’t have the contact list, please click “No” on “Do you already have your Contact Group’s Data?” in the Message Recipients section. The additional cost to obtain Voter Data will be included at checkout. After completion of payment, we will get in touch with you within the hour to ensure we are able to obtain the more accurate data for your preferences. The data can be obtained same-day, and will be delivered to your email as an Excel file and is yours to keep. Once you purchase this data, you will own it for any purpose of your choosing.
Yes, recipients can reply, but for A La Carte blasts, replies are not monitored or forwarded. If you need two-way messaging or want to collect responses, let us know—we offer custom setups for campaigns that need engagement tracking.
After you select either SMS or MMS format, you will be prompted to write out your message in the “Craft Your Message” section. To address recipients by first name, last name or both, please use the following convention to indicate:
During checkout, you’ll select the exact date and time you want your message to go out. We’ll queue it for delivery at that time, and you’ll receive a confirmation once it’s sent—please double-check your time zone before submitting.
Yes, you’ll see a live preview of your message before confirming your order. If you would like to receive a copy of your message, please be sure to include your own name and phone number within your Voter Data uploaded file.
Once submitted, we’ll manually review your message and contact list for compliance and formatting before your scheduled time. If everything checks out, you receive a confirmation to your email or mobile number, and your blast will be sent as scheduled; if there are any issues, we’ll reach out to you directly to resolve them before sending.
You can cancel or edit your scheduled blast up to 1 hour before the scheduled send time. After that, the message is locked in and cannot be changed or refunded, so please review everything carefully before confirming.
Messages are sent from a shared or dedicated shortcode/long code, not your personal number. You may include your campaign name in the message body to ensure recipients know who it’s from. If you would like us to provision a number containing a specific area code, click here.
